A Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was purchased at a Long Island grocery store, New York Lottery announced.
The third prize-winning ticket was sold in Selden, at the Shoprite store at 71 College Plaza, for the drawing held on Saturday, Oct. 5.
Saturday’s winning numbers are 2-12-46-52-65 and the Powerball is 3.
Players can check their ticket status on the New York Lottery website.
